welcome
My highest intention is to provide a safe and healing space for those experiencing grief and loss!
We all experience grief and loss throughout our lives. Most believe grief is associated with the death of a loved one, but grief can also be experienced after any major loss.
For the griever it is important to feel supported as you navigate the overwhelming emotions. It is helpful to have someone to witness your pain; listen without interrupting, trying to fix you, or provide advice. These behaviours can discount your feelings, take the focus from you, or pressure you to ‘not be so sad’, ‘move on’, or ‘get over it’.
Grief has no time-frame and lasts as long as love does. Grief is a normal reaction to profound loss. It is healthy to be sad! Although, our society doesn’t always give us adequate space to grieve, for as long as we need to. Resulting in feeling misunderstood, unsupported, and alone.
I am glad you have found this nurturing place to honour you grief! I provide a unique space where you can feel supported and held as you navigate grief and loss with compassion and kindness.
I use a holistic approach - acknowledging the impact grief has on your mental, physical, and spiritual self. Using tools gained over many years of professional and personal experience.
